Yes. Hollow is not a standalone device. It requires a connected Android phone with an active internet connection to function. All features, including voice commands, alarms, and time sync, rely on your phone's connection.

Privacy is our core philosophy. We do not sell your voice data or usage history. Voice queries are encrypted in transit. We minimize data retention to only what is necessary to service your request.

No. Hollow only listens when you explicitly activate it (tap to wake). There is no "hotword" monitoring running in the background to preserve battery and privacy.

Expect about 1 day of typical use. This is a prototype running a high-performance ESP32-S3 chip. We are constantly optimizing power consumption via firmware updates.

You get the Hollow 0W Watch Unit and A-USB cable. The software and setup instructions are provided entirely via the companion app.

The device cost covers the hardware. The $10/month subscription covers the cloud GPU costs for the ultra-low latency AI model that powers sending emails, answering complex questions, and processing natural language instantly.
